About Me

I am an observational and experimental astronomer with research interest in the studies of the star formation processes.

I am currently a postdoctoral fellow at the Dublin Institute for Advanced Studies (DIAS) in Dublin, Ireland. I obtained my PhD from Instituto Nacional de Astrofisica, Optica y Electronica (INAOE) Mexico in 2018 with thesis focused on “Near-infrared polarimetry of the interstellar medium: Instrumentation and Observations“.

Prior to my PhD, I worked as a project associate at Udaipur Solar Observatory, India. I completed my Masters in Astronomy and Space engineering in the year 2012 from Manipal University, India. Before that I obtained my Bachelors in Electronics engineering in 2010 from Visvesvaraya Technological University, India.
